Pestos, sugos and basic sauces such as olives, olive oil, vinegar and the right Nudelbude wine to match if you so desire – all these different elements make dreams of Italy come true. Top priority is given to preparing the dishes from bio-cultivated products. Organic flour from Molino Agostini and free-range eggs from Grömitz are used exclusively.
