You can receive the keys for the house at any time requested in the given timeframe.

Included in the price are ancillary costs, towels, bed linen, internet use and final cleaning. There is a parking lot in front of the house.

In case of the tenant cancelling the contract after the payment has been received, the landlord keeps a commission fee of € 29.00. The rest of the down payment will be refunded

In case of cancellation later than 60 days before rental start, the whole price needs to be paid. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance.

If it is possible to (partly) re-rent out the house to someone else, the rent will be reduced by the other receipts. The tenant can suggest a new tenant.

The holiday house Kunas is a final terraced house in a quiet estate and surrounded by green areas, yet located very central. During your stay, there is a large garden, a front yard and a parking space in front of the house at your disposal. The generous house will be available as a whole and offers enough space to make your holiday a relaxing experience!

There are numerous shopping options in the surrounding area, as well as a doctor and a pharmacy.
