Underground parking space no. 89, pets are only allowed on request (€ 10,- per night), WLAN (access code is in the apartment/info book), washing machine and dryer can be used in the house with € 0,50 coins.
Final cleaning is inclusive with a stay of 7 days and more, with a short stay the final cleaning will be charged once € 69.00 (is in the total already included).

You can get to the bike cellar through the staircase to the basement, through a door and then straight ahead through another door (with apartment key). However, this is usually already very full and there is no guarantee of free spaces. Outside parking spaces are located by the residual waste garbage cans. Out of the building entrance turn left and then immediately left again. Alternatively, guests can park their bikes against the wall in the underground parking spaces belonging to the apartment. Of course, this must not interfere with parked cars.

Liability: Park at your own risk. It is not required to be legally responsible in case of theft or damage to your car or other personal belongings on-site. By entering the parking garage you waive responsibility of the owner of the underground parking garage. Please pay attention of your car size (width and height).

Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and need to be paid separately.

Cancellation policy:
You can cancel the booking free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. If you cancel later than 30 days before arrival, the entire rental fee must be paid. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance, which you can get in all travel agencies within 10 days of your booking.

Arrival from 2.30 pm / Departure until 11 am

You can easily reach the apartment by car and park in the underground garage on the right-hand side (sign: Am Strand II). The beach train station is within walking distance.

For your arrival: you will receive the keys to your accommodation at the Tourist-Information in Travemünde, Am Leuchtenfeld 10a (tel: +49 451 8899700). During the main season (Easter-October) you may arrive Mo-Fr between 2.30 and 6 pm and in the winter time (November-Easter) Mo-Fr between 2.30 and 5 pm. You will find the opening times for Saturdays, Sundays and holidays on our website https://www.visit-travemuende.com/poi/tourist-information-travemunde Outside opening hours the keys will be awaiting you in a key safe next to the side entrance of the Tourist-Information Travemünde. Please ask early enough for the information about your access code for the safe. Dear guest, if you did not register a cellphone number or an email address during your booking procedure, please write us a message in case of a late arrival during our opening hours under fewo@luebeck-tourismus.de or call one of the phone numbers above so that we can give you an access code to the key safe otherwise we cannot guarantee for a smooth arrival.

We would like to inform you that, during the summertime, the beach will be cleaned up mechanically and there might be disturbance by noise every early morning. Also there might be seaweed coming from the sea, which give a very strong odor. For this reason we do not give a price rebate and there is no right to compensation.

Also we need to inform you that - especially during the weekends - open air festivals are taken place and it can be noisy at this time, particular along the sea promenade. Especially during the Travemünder Woche - the 2nd biggest sail event in the world - which is taken place at the end of July. Please be so kind and inform yourself for exact dates. Thank you!
