Welcome to one of the many apartments of our vacation rental service Travemünde! This is where you will find a home for as long as you wish to stay.

MARITIM RESIDENCE, 1-room Apartment, approx. 31 m², bright and friendly, view towards the Trave.

The Maritim stands directly next to both the Travemünde Beach and the estuary of the Trave. It towers the waters with its 125 meters. The hotel is located on the 5th to the 14th floors. All the other floors are private apartments partly in use for vacation rentals. All floors can be reached with the elevators. There are no regular stairs (only the fire exit stairs). Europe highest lighthouse light is on the rooftop in 114,7 m height. This light took over in 1974 for the oldest lighthouse Germany, the old Travemünde Lighthouse, stuck only a few meters behind the tower.

Bed linen, towels (€ 18,- per person), final cleaning (€ 80,-) and underground parking place are included in the final price of the offer/booking. Underground parking space: you can use all approved areas on the entrance and exit level as well as on the upper floor of the underground car park. The basement is not accessible with those cards.

You will find an outdoor parking space for bikes with holders next to the entrance of the residence

Underground parking place: Please be careful regarding the height of the underground parking garage of 1,85m.

Plastic parking cards:
Please put the plastic card in the lower box for plastic cards only to open the barrier system.
With this card you can use any available parking spaces in the entrance- and exit levels ( ground floor ) and the upper level. You will not be able to get access to the lower parking level.

Please always put the plastic parking card in the lower box even if the entrance / exit barrier is open. Otherwhise the parking card will be coded wrongly and you will have problems to get-in /out with your car the next time.
From the underground parking garage is a lift to the reception of the Maritim Residenz.

We would like to inform you that, during the summertime, the beach will be cleaned up mechanically and there might be disturbance by noise every early morning. Also there might be seaweed coming from the sea, which give a very strong odor. For this reason we do not give a price rebate and there is no right to compensation.

We also need to inform you that - especially during the weekends - open air festivals are taking place and it can be noisy at this time, particularly along the sea promenade. Especially during the Travemünder Woche - the 2nd biggest sail event in the world - which takes place at the end of July. Please be so kind and look for the exact dates. Thank you!

Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and needs to be paid separately.

Cancellation policy:
You can cancel the booking free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. If you cancel later than 30 days before arrival, the entire rental fee must be paid. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance, which you can get in all travel agencies within 10 days of your booking.

Exclusive:
Indoor swimmingpool and sauna can be used for a fee of € 10.00 (only swimmingpool) and € 25.00 with Sauna. It depends on the occupancy of the Hotel. At the hotel breakfast is possible, please contact the reception or restaurant for more information.

Arrival from 2.30 pm / departure until 11 am

For your arrival: you will receive the keys to your accommodation at the Tourist-Information in Travemünde, Am Leuchtenfeld 10a (tel: +49 451 8899700).
During the main season (Easter-October) you may arrive Mo-Fr between 2.30 and 6 pm and in the winter time (November-Easter) Mo-Fr between 2.30 and 5 pm. You will find the opening times for Saturdays, Sundays and holidays on our website https://www.visit-travemuende.com/poi/tourist-information-travemunde 

Outside our opening hours the keys will be awaiting you in a key safe next to the side entrance of the Tourist-Information Travemünde. Please ask early enough for the information about your access code for the safe. Dear guest, if you did not register a cellphone number or an email address during your booking procedure, please write us a message in case of a late arrival during our opening hours via fewo@luebeck-tourismus.de so that we can give you an access code to the key safe. Otherwise we cannot guarantee for a smooth arrival.
