Included in the price: bed linen, towels, electricity, heating, warm water and internet acces.
Final cleaning is calculated once with € 50,- and is already included in the final price.

The minimum rental-time is three nights.

Landlord conditions:
guest accommodation contract
1. the guest accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the holiday property has been ordered by the guest and the host has accepted the order.
2. The landlord is obliged to make the reserved holiday accommodation available. Otherwise the guest is to be compensated for damages.
3. if the holiday property - for whatever reason - is not used, the guest will incur the following costs, calculated as a percentage of the total rental price:
- up to the 43rd day before the beginning of the rental period: 10%
- from 42nd. day until the 29th. day before the beginning of the rental period: 40%
- from 28th. day until the start of the rental period: 90%
4. the landlord has the right to rent out the unused holiday accommodation to another party in good faith.
5. unless otherwise agreed, the rental period begins on the day of arrival at 3 p.m. and ends on the day of departure at 11 a.m. 6. as a tenant you are responsible for the rented holiday property and its furnishings. Please therefore treat it with care. All damages caused by you or your roommates the landlord asks to compensate.
7. After receipt of the booking, the total amount must be paid to the landlord within 10 days. The landlord will contact you in this regard.

An attractive holiday apartment in a quiet location close to the city is waiting for nice guests.
The size and layout of the apartment allows comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people.
You can reach the station on foot in about 5-10 minutes and the old town and the Holstentor as well.
There is also a bright conservatory. This is accessible via an adjacent room. Depending on availability, free parking is possible in front of the house or in the surrounding area.

The apartment is not barrier-free and has no elevator.
