From the motorway A1 take the exit Zentrum (No. 22). From the North follow Falkenstaße - Hüxtertorallee - Mühlentorplatz - Mühlenbrücke. From the East follow Ratzeburger Allee - Mühlentorplatz-Mühlenbrücke. From the South follow Kronsforder Allee - Mühlentorplatz - Mühlenbrücke - or Moislinger Allee - Puppenbrücke - Holstenstraße - Mühlenstraße - Mühlenbrücke.

The tenant is entitled to withdraw from the contract before the beginning of the rental period.
In the event of such a withdrawal, the landlord will claim compensation as follows:

Cancellation up to 45 days before the beginning of the rental 10% of the rental price,
Cancellation 44 days to 33 days before the beginning of the rental 30% of the rental price,
Cancellation 32 days to 22 days before the beginning of the rental period 60% of the rental price,
Cancellation 21 days to 14 days before the beginning of the rental 80% of the rental price,
Cancellation 13 days before the beginning of the rental until the beginning of the rental 90% of the rental price.

The tenant has the right to provide a substitute tenant who is able to rent the holiday apartment in full the scope of the contract is taken over. A handling fee of € 50,- can be charged for this.
Cancellation fees will then not be charged.

Included: heating, electricity, water, WLAN, towels, non-smoking apartments.
Parking lot on request € 10.00 per night.
