Lübeck close enough to touch
On Marktplatz, you will find a bronze model with which you can explore Old Town structures through touch. The bronze city island shows the layout of the city centre with its streets and buildings that have evolved over time. The city model was created by the sculptor Egbert Broerken who has made similar, lovingly-detailed models. The Lübeck city model is 1.8 by 1.2 metres and contains many details that can be touched and explored.
Harbour and canal tour
Lübeck’s Old Town can also be admired from the water.
