Bed linen , towels , final cleaning are included in the total price. No parking space belongs to the apartment, but free parking is possible on the street. No pets are allowed.
This is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is therefore expressly not allowed in the apartment and on the terrace!
We would like to inform you that, during the summertime, the beach is cleaned mechanically and thus there might be a disturbance caused by noise every morning. There may also be seaweed, which can create a very strong odor. We do not give a price rebate and there is no right to compensation.
We would also like to inform you that - especially during the weekends - open air festivals could be taking place, which means it can be noisy at this time, particulars along the sea promenade. This is especially true during the Travemünder Woche - the 2nd biggest sail event in the world - which takes place at the end of July. Please inform yourself of the exact dates. Thank you!
Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and needs to be paid separately.
1. 1.-14. 5. and 15. 9.-31.12. € 1.60 p.p./day. 15. 5.-14. 9. € 3.- p.p./day.
Cancellation policy:
You can cancel the booking free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. If you cancel later than 30 days before arrival, the entire rental fee must be paid. We recommend travel cancellation insurance, which you can get in all travel agencies within 10 days of your booking.
