Our holiday rental service of Travemünde warmly welcomes you to your holiday apartment! Here, you can book your home away from home!

The Maritim stands directly next to both the Travemünde Beach and the estuary of the Trave. It towers the waters, at 125 meters tall. The hotel is located on the 5th to the 14th floors. All the other floors are private apartments, partly in use for vacation rentals. All floors can be reached with the elevators. There are no stairs (only the fire exit stairs). Europe's highest lighthouse light is on the rooftop, with a height of 114,7 m. This light took over in 1974 for the oldest lighthouse in Germany, the old Travemünde Lighthouse, stuck only a few meters behind the tower.

Travel arrangements

Check-in from 2.30 pm / Check-out by 11 am
For your arrival: you will receive the keys to your accommodation at the Tourist-Information in Travemünde, Am Leuchtenfeld 10a (tel: +49 451 8899700).
During the main season (Easter-October), you can arrive Mo-Fr between 2.30 pm and 6 pm, and in the winter time (November-Easter) Mo-Fr between 2.30 pm and 5 pm. Our opening times for Saturdays, Sundays and holidays can be found on our website https://www.visit-travemuende.com/poi/tourist-information-travemunde 
Outside our opening hours, the keys will be available to you in a key safe next to the side entrance of the Tourist-Information Travemünde. Please ask in good time for the information about your access code for the safe. If you did not provide a phone number or an email address during your booking, please email us in case of a late arrival during our opening hours via fewo@luebeck-tourismus.de so that we can give you an access code to the key safe. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee a smooth arrival.

Additional information

Linen, towels, final cleaning and rental extra costs are included in the final price. Pets are not allowed. NON-SMOKING APARTMENT. You can also ask to book a parking space for 9,- €/night if available.

There is an outdoor parking space for bikes with racks next to the entrance of the residence.

Within the buiding are wellness offers such as a swimming pool, sauna, cosmetic, hairdresser or restaurants and coffee shops at an extra cost.

Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and needs to be paid separately.

Easy cancellation:
A cancellation free of charge is possible up to 3 days prior to your arrival. A cancellation after this point will be charged at 90% of the rental price.

We would like to inform you that, during the summertime, the beach is cleaned mechanically and thus there might be a disturbance caused by noise every morning. There may also be seaweed, which can create a very strong odour. We do not give a price rebate and there is no right to compensation.

We would also like to inform you that - especially during the weekends - open air festivals could be taking place, which means it can be noisy at this time, particulars along the sea promenade. This is especially true during the Travemünder Woche - the 2nd biggest sail event in the world - which takes place at the end of July. Please inform yourself of the exact dates. Thank you!
