Bed linen, towels, final cleaning are included in the price, travel cot and high chair on request. Pets are not allowed. NON SMOKING. There is a underground parking space in the house (No. 3). Underground parking space can be booked for € 6.00 per night. WiFi is available free of charge (you can find the password in an information folder in the apartment). You can also park your bikes in the TG.

Entrance: Either via Kurgartenstr. 143 (to the left of the hairdresser by the sea) or via the TG (entrance to the left of "Am Lotsenberg" No. 9). The TG parking space (No. 3) is located at the back on the left (car max. 2.30m high and max. 2.16m wide). Note: With larger vehicles, you may have to maneuver to reach the optimal parking position and the tighter it becomes when the doors are opened in the parking position.From there you can take the elevator to the ground floor (high ground floor). On the left in the arcade (afternoon sun) it is the penultimate apartment.

Liability: Park at your own risk. It is not required to be legally responsible in case of theft or damage to your car or other personal belongings on-site. By entering the parking garage you waive responsibility of the owner of the underground parking garage. Please pay attention of your car size (width and height).

Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and need to be paid separately.

Cancellation policy:
You can cancel the booking free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. If you cancel later than 30 days before arrival, the entire rental fee must be paid. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance, which you can get in all travel agencies within 10 days of your booking.

This 2 1/2 room apartment, which was completely renovated at the end of 2024, is located in the heart of Travemünde. Only 100m from the pedestrian zone / Trave / GOSCH. The elevator takes you to the underground car park. Bicycles can also be parked there.

We would like to inform you that, during the summertime, the beach will be cleaned up mechanically and there might be disturbance by noise every early morning. Also there might be seaweed coming from the sea, which give a very strong odor. For this reason we do not give a price rebate and there is no right to compensation.

Also we need to inform you that - especially during the weekends - open air festivals are taken place and it can be noisy at this time, particular along the sea promenade. Especially during the Travemünder Woche - the 2nd biggest sail event in the world - which is taken place at the end of July. Please be so kind and inform yourself for exact dates. Thank you!
