Arrival from 2.30 pm / departure until 11 am

For your arrival: you will receive the keys to your accommodation at the Tourist-Information in Travemünde, Am Leuchtenfeld 10a (tel: +49 451 8899700).
During the main season (Easter-October) you may arrive Mo-Fr between 2.30 and 6 pm and in the winter time (November-Easter) Mo-Fr between 2.30 and 5 pm. You will find the opening times for Saturdays, Sundays and holidays on our website https://www.visit-travemuende.com/poi/tourist-information-travemunde 

Outside our opening hours the keys will be awaiting you in a key safe next to the side entrance of the Tourist-Information Travemünde. Please ask early enough for the information about your access code for the safe. Dear guest, if you did not register a cellphone number or an email address during your booking procedure, please write us a message in case of a late arrival during our opening hours via fewo@luebeck-tourismus.de so that we can give you an access code to the key safe. Otherwise we cannot guarantee for a smooth arrival.

We warmly welcome you in your holiday flat of our vacation rental service of Travemünde! Here you can book your apartment of temporary living.

In a block of apartments in the street Kaiserallee, right at the seaside promenade.

Bed linen, towels, final cleaning and underground parking are included. No pets allowed. Non smoking apartment. Underground parking space nr 11. In the basement belonging to the apartment you can store your bicycles.

Park at your own risk. It is not required to be legally responsible in case of theft or damage to your car or other personal belongings on-site. By entering the parking garage you waive responsibility of the owner of the underground parking garage. Please pay attention of your car size (width and height).

We would like to inform you that, during the summertime, the beach will be cleaned up mechanically and there might be disturbance by noise every early morning. Also there might be seaweed coming from the sea, which give a very strong odor. For this reason we do not give a price rebate and there is no right to compensation.

Also we need to inform you that - especially during the weekends - open air festivals are taken place and it can be noisy at this time, particular along the sea promenade. Especially during the Travemünder Woche - the 2nd biggest sail event in the world - which is taken place at the end of July. Please be so kind and inform yourself for exact dates. Thank you!

Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and need to be paid separately.
1. 1.-14. 5. and 15. 9.-31.12. € 1.60 p.p./day
15. 5.-14. 9. € 3.- p.p./day

Cancellation policy:
You can cancel the booking free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. If you cancel later than 30 days before arrival, the entire rental fee must be paid. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance, which you can get in all travel agencies within 10 days of your booking.
