3 km from Niendorf, on the countryside, idyllically located, in the centre of Warnsdorf at the motorway A1, exit number 18 Ratekau, Hemmelsdorf, after 100 m turn right in the direction to Warnsdorf, follow the street for 9 km. When you reach the village, turn to the right.

The idyllic village of Warnsdorf is located only 4 km away from the Baltic coast and 20 km from the historic Old Town of Lübeck, close to the Hemmelsdorf lake in the middle of the typical lake area of Holstein. It is an ideal destination for nature lovers, hikers and cyclists. The theme park “Karls – Erlebnishof” - a park for young and old - is always worth a visit: Enjoy pony-trekking, the restaurant or the 25.000 m² huge cornfield labyrinth!

Included in the price: parking lot, sauna, bicycles and table tennis. Pets are allowed (€ 20.00 per night).
Subject to fee: Solarium € 2,60/15 min., fitness room. Child care and art courses (e.g. pottery and water colour painting) on request. Every Saturday bread will be home-baked.
