The studio house in the former red light district exists since 2013.
The studio house in the northwestern part of the Old Town on Untertrave is located in the former prohibited area. A brothel in Clemensstraße found its way into literary history as the Blue Angel in Heinrich Mann's novel Professor Unrat.
In the 200 square meter studio house on the first floor apart from a large exhibition room with a terazzo floor, also a printing room with a semi-automatic printing press for linocuts and woodcuts can be visited. On the second floor the artists have six studios. In addition to exhibitions displayed on the first floor and the upper floor, small concerts are held to make connections and links of other artistic genres.
