Included services
approx. 1 kilogram of homemade sausages
Description
Germany is the country with the greatest variety of sausages. Every day, Fleischerei Lohff produces up to 20 different types of sausage - including a large selection of different sausages during the barbecue season.
But what does a really good sausage actually contain? If you have ever asked yourself this question, then this bratwurst workshop is just the thing for you.
In around 100 minutes, you will learn everything there is to know about making bratwurst. From classic sausage meat and spices to filling the casings - Christian and Martin Lohff will show you their craft. You are free to choose the seasoning for your own bratwurst creation - depending on your taste. One of the masters will advise you on the combination of flavors. At the end of the workshop, you can take your home-made sausages (approx. 1 kilogram) home with you - on request, you can also collect your creations a few days later, cooked and vacuum-packed.
The workshop runs from 11 am - 12:30 pm/13 pm.
Please note that this event is only available in german.
