From the selection and preparation of the cut of meat to the precise preparation: here you will be shown what is important.
Program
4 p.m. - Welcome drink and a quick chat to get to know each other.
4:15 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. - We cut up a beef pistol and show you what great cuts are available - including product knowledge and helpful tips for the perfect cooking point from the master butcher.
18:00 to 19:45 - Now it's getting cozy: Together we sizzle and roast in the kitchen of our store Am Dreilingsberg. You will try and taste the best cuts. If you would like to try or buy something from the fresh food counter, please contact us!

If the minimum number of 6 participants is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the workshop.
