Welcome to our Schneckenhaus, which literally means snail shell and stands for tasty cinnamon rolls. Take a short break on our beautiful terrace with a wonderful view of the Holsten Gate. Enjoy the great view over a variety of either sweet or savoury home-made cinnamon rolls. An aromatic Fair Trade coffee or a fresh lemonade on the side and ready is the perfect menu!

The Schneckenhaus is a member of FEINHEIMISCH - Genuss aus Schleswig-Holstein e.V.. This is a remarkable network of dedicated players, including producers, restaurateurs, commercial and private sponsors, who are passionate about regional and sustainable enjoyment.
Our favourite café is also a member of the Fair Trade Network of the Hanseatic City of Lübeck and a certified TourCert partner. We are also involved in Refill, Recup and Rebowl. If you would like to know more about these projects, please contact us.
Our rolls are freshly baked daily. If they are already gone, you might have been too slow. But don’t worry: We are baking fresh rolls every morning.
