From the Holsten Gate to Engelsgrube, from St. Mary’s Church to the Seafarers' Guild: amusing, charming, informative – this is how more than 60 guides of the "Lübecker Stadtführer" association present the “Queen of the Hanseatic League” from its most beautiful side, in German and 16 other languages. There are numerous native speakers volunteering as guides, creating an international flair. Traditionally, the association feels a commitment to the city of Lübeck and its sights, and it regularly donates money for refurbishment projects and cultural institutions.
